- Your physical or electronic signature.

- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

We aim to acknowledge complete notices promptly and to remove or disable access to infringing material without undue delay.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@resupals.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which ResuPals may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Reporting other content
For non-copyright concerns about public content — such as impersonation, content that isn't yours, or personal information you want removed — email abuse@resupals.com with the URL and a description, and we will review it.
