The Road Out of Beta: A July Progress Note

ResuPals has worn a beta banner all year. A few of you have asked, reasonably, when it comes off. Here's an honest status report.

What's Shipped So Far

The core of the product is done and in daily use: the resume builder with its step-by-step wizard, the cover letter builder, the template gallery, and DOCX and PDF export on the free tier. That's the part we set out to make free, and it is.

The Pro layer is built too. Beta users with Pro access have been running the master career profile, fill-from-profile, AI job tailoring, and public share links since spring; the spring update covers what each of those does. And the practical guides have kept coming all year, most recently on cover letters and resume formats.

What's Left

One big thing: turning on Pro purchases. The features work, but you can't pay for them yet, and we won't call this product launched while its paid tier has a "coming soon" sign on it. The pricing page already shows the plans; when checkout goes live, we'll announce it here and the beta label starts coming down.

Between now and then we're doing what late beta is for: fixing the rough edges you've reported, from layout quirks to confusing copy.
